Practical, AI-assisted software for small service businesses.
Lumura Technologies builds tools that small service businesses can actually run day to day, without an IT team. Our first focus is the independent auto repair trade in Turkey.

Kadran Appointment Platform
Live MVP · preparing pilot
Kadran is an online booking platform for the auto repair trade. Customers find a mechanic and pick a time; mechanics manage their own calendar and incoming appointments.
- For customersSearch for a mechanic, see open times, and book the appointment online.
- For mechanicsMechanics manage their calendar and appointments from their own panel. Every new shop registration goes through admin approval before it is listed.
- Data and securityBuilt with KVKK requirements in mind, with row-level security on Supabase Postgres so each account can only reach its own records.
- Business modelA monthly subscription for mechanics, with a higher tier for featured placement in listings.
Schematic sketch of the interface. Not real customer data.
The MVP is publicly reachable and still changing; we are preparing the first shop pilots. The live MVP still shows its working name and will be rebranded to Kadran, along with a move to a permanent domain.
02 / How we build
A solo founder with a disciplined process
We use AI in our own development process to move quickly, but no change reaches the codebase without being reviewed.
Role-based subagent workflow with Claude Code
We split work across planning, implementation and testing roles. A change is designed first, implemented second, and tested in a separate pass.
Security first
Row-level security on every table, a CI gate that blocks a merge when checks fail, and multi-factor authentication on admin accounts.
Stack
Next.js on the front end, Supabase (Postgres, auth, storage) for data and authentication. Kadran currently runs on Vercel; we use Cloudflare for DNS and for hosting this company site.
03 / Roadmap
How we plan to use the Claude API inside the product
Everything in this section is planned, not shipped. We already use Claude Code in our development process; the items below are about putting the Claude API inside the product itself.
-
Planned
Natural-language appointment intake
A customer describes the problem in their own words — “it squeaks when I brake”. The Claude API maps that description to a service category and a realistic slot length, so the booking lands in the right place instead of a generic 30-minute gap.
-
Planned
Structured job notes for mechanics
Mechanics write notes the way they talk. Claude turns that free text into a structured record — work done, parts used, follow-up needed — stored in Postgres, so a vehicle's history becomes searchable later.
-
Planned
Customer messages that are approved before sending
Claude drafts confirmations, reminders and after-service follow-ups; nothing is sent until the shop owner edits and approves it. We will not send automated messages to customers without a human in the loop.
-
Planned
Search that understands the request
We translate a free-text request into the filters our listing page already supports — service type, location, availability — so a customer does not need to know our category names.
-
Planned
Data minimisation by design
Before any of this ships: send the smallest possible payload, keep customer identity data out of prompts entirely, and run a KVKK review of whatever leaves our own infrastructure.
To be clear: none of these items are in the product today. We want to see real usage with the first pilot shops first, then add these features.
04 / About
About us
Lumura Technologies started in 2026 in Turkey. We build lightweight, understandable software that small service businesses can genuinely use.
The company is at a very early stage: one product is live as an MVP and the first pilots are being prepared. Rather than publishing customer counts or growth numbers we cannot stand behind, we prefer to describe where we actually are.
